Snowcard is an online eBusiness and all policies are sold via this web site. 

Please note we do not operate a call centre but if you have any questions or need guidance with a policy selection, please email:

Emails are monitored 7 days a week. During week day office hours emails are normally answered within 2-3 hours. During busy periods it may take a bit longer but you will hear from us before the end of the working day. 

We only accept payment online, policies are issued immediately via email on clearance of payment.

Policy amendments

You can manage amendments or upgrades to your policy via your online policy record - there are some changes that can not be made after policy issue but if you have any queries regarding policy upgrades, please email.

If you need to amend or upgrade a policy, please login to your online account, navigate to your active policy and select ‘upgrade’.

Cancellation requests within the cooling off period

Please email in the cancellation reason along with your policy number and date of policy issue.

Guide to making a claim

If you have a query relating to a claim you have already submitted to Allianz - please email your claims reference and the date you submitted the claim to [email protected] - whilst Snowcard do not have direct access to your claims information, we can liaise with the insurers claims department on your behalf and request a status update.
